We deliver our Yoga and Mindfulness classes every Wednesday at 8 pm and 9 pm (Men Only). You can book on a drop-in basis or with your 10 class pass. Yoga increases physical and mental resilience and our class comprises breathwork, lots of stretches, poses and sequences. Yoga supports you in your other sporting activities. Yogapal classes are suitable for all ages and abilities and mindful movement underpins each one. We teach yoga through mindfulness to enable attendees to fully experience the current moment. The class concludes with a soothing and reviving relaxation.
